No reimbursement or response to emails

Hi all,

I am relatively new to mystery shopping. I recently did a restaurant shop for BARE. I received great feedback for my report and a 10/10. I then noticed it said I was being paid the $5 Shop fee but the Expenses repayment said zero! I did well on the report and sent in my receipt! WTH??? I emailed BARE from the form and it sent a message to the scheduler. I have yet to hear back and it's been a couple weeks. What should I do? Is there somewhere else I can submit my questions to them? Has anyone else had a similar problem with them? Thanks for any insight!

do you ahve the email of the scheduler when they assigned it to you not sure if they work differently in the US but here they usually send you an email at some point.
Thank you, Yes I do have her email and I emailed the scheduler and have not heard back. I didn't want to keep sending them emails if they usually take awhile. Since I haven't heard anything I guess I'll send another message.
Bare is a good, honest company. Don't keep emailing more than every couple of days. Allow a day or two for them to respond. They may have to contact Accounting before they can get back with you. They may have to validate the receipt before the payment shows up on your shop log.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
I know some companies that don't enter the reimbursement info on the sassie forms until the shop is paid out as well. I would wait until the shop is paid before being concerned about not getting reimbursed.
I don't do much with Bare so I don't know their proceedures but I believe every MSC should respond to a legitimate inquiry. Even if to say "working on it". I had an issue with my favorite MSC, with whom I do a lot, concerning bonuses that were not applied to 8 shops. I had no qualms calling them 5 times in the past 2 weeks until I finally got a call back this evening advising that the bonuses will be applied in the upcoming payment. My opinion is if they find my calls/emails annoying then stop them by giving me an answer. Simple as that.
