Large DIY forms have a few changes...

I just did a shop yesterday and noticed some changes on the forms....Have done tons of these and this is the first one that was different. they ask if you want to do more of these shops and list dates....if you say "NO" they want to know why.......really stupid move in my eyes....no way I'm gonna say yes and do them for the measly 12.00......

Be very careful with those. I did one a few weeks ago with a nice bonus and I answered "yes" to those questions. Then they assigned me some without asking me first. Of course, the pay is the base pay. I cancelled one because it was too far for the pay, and they took it off my assigned shops.
I just tell them "I don't book shops that far out."

It's really annoying that they ask it on every frigging shop though. I started just saying "No" in that field (the field where they want the reason why not) because it was faster to type n-o than to copy and past or type a sentence. There was a problem on one picture on one of them and they had to reopen the report. I saw that the editor had filled in a sentence for me. I guess "No" (refusing to answer) wasn't a proper response.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Mine says "I have commitment issues."

UH OH, I was wondering about that...I best check my shop log! I assumed if I said NO, they would just not let me shop them anymore

Nanabelle,
If you checked no they won't be pre-assigned. If you checked yes they will be but at the basic rate. Any bonuses will not be included.
I just did a bonused one on a route about an hour away from me....did the survey, and completed it with a 'no' and my why was:

These shops require a significant time investment to prepare, conduct, and report. Add in drive time, and there is no inducement to warrant accepting them for $12.00.
