The training is not far from me in the Chicago area...problem is they don't have evening sessions where I could go as I would like to do these as well, having only discovered Chipotle a few years ago...

My week was pretty hectic. Monday was a product pickup, 42 different items from a few stores. Thuesday was airport day for me with 3 shops at the airport and a flight. Wednesday was 5 stores for another product pickup, an oil change, and a casino shop with overnight stay. Trip was 200 miles from home office. Good thing the hotel had free wifi, so I could enter report for the oil change right away. Thursday on my way back to home office, 1 store for product pickup, then report writing for the casino. Friday- pack up 16 boxes of the product pickup, and continue to collect more for the pickup. Weekend plans- another quick pick up project for Saturday, and a day off Sunday. Next week the madness begins again with a Casino for Monday night, Flight on Wednesday, and at an airport for 20 shops on Thursday.

We were on a three-week road trip: during that time, we had a nice dinner in Denver and one in Omaha. Then we picked up a steakhouse lunch shop in Chicago, a steakhouse dinner in Memphis (great change from BBQ) and a hotel shop in Dallas. All from one MSC that I have worked for for years...I love them and they love me! Total value --- about $515. I can't call it all "savings" because we would not have done the steakhouse lunch or dinner on the trip. But it all helped with our expenses!

Now that I am back home, did a bunch of phone call shops today, have dinner shops tonight and tomorrow night.
I live in a medium sized city and they have training here and also an hour north of me. I wrote up a sample yesterday for another MSC so maybe I should bite the bullet and submit it to the Chipotle company.
I traveled all the way to AZ for my Chipotle training.

I traveled a whole 10 minutes for my training. It was a long and grueling trip. I had to take several rest stops along the way.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
^^ Haha!!

Rest stops or rest shops?

Product pickup is a project for a MSC where they want different items purchased and sent to a specific client. This isn't exactly mystery shopping to report on customer service. One of my main MSC has this type of project along with regular shops.

Massage shops?? Who has massage shops?? I'd do those!!!

I've done a lot of bank shops this month. I haven't had to buy a lot this month but I did get a sump pump drain extender yesterday. I've done some grocery store shops and some gas station shops. I've only spent about $50 this month on shop required purchases so that's pretty good. Half of that was dry cleaning.
If you are familiar with the MSC that does the newer burger chain, they also do a chain of massage stores.....

Monday morning I'm leaving on what's become a 4-day road trip. 17 video shops, 6 car, 5 new home, 6 apartment, and 10 bank shops on my way home on the last day...$1100 plus.

.
Have PV-500 & willing to travel.

The number of shops available has been crazy this month! I'm SO-O-o-o-o busy!

I got 5 pizzas this week--my neighbors love me since I gave all of it to various people except for the one piece I ate in each case to check the flavor. It's hard to believe that I would ever say--No-No pizza for me! I don't want to see another pizza but I'm sure they are in my future.
No shopping this weekend, but several planned for this week on my lunch hour or at night. I have two gas stations to go to, will find out which dog food I am recommended (so wish this one had a reimbursement), chinese drive thru, teen clothing store and two phone shops. I'll end the week with an oil change or tire rotation, probably the oil change since it's been 4,000 miles since my last one.
I think I broke my record this weekend, 10 shops each day. May not sound like much to city folk, but they were all spread out. Gas stations, retail, fast food, storage, home improvement, time share sells. This 100 plus degree weather is wearing me out.
Yeah, I was wondering that too. I thought they were talking about some store that was "Emo free" as in clothing styles ... LOL.

I always thought these were called Emoticons winking smiley

PS - To get the "winky" version above use the semicolon instead of a colon

(Pssst ~ what the hell is an emoji?)

Oh. I guess these? tongue sticking out smiley

Since when have they been called that?

I love those Finish Line shops! I get the kid's clearance shoes for myself (usually free after the reimbursement) but have to get the men's (usually a little out of pocket) for my kid (teenage boy). What a crazy world we live in!

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
They are among my top ten favorites. I'll even build a little mini route around them, just to be able to nab a few. I have about 2 1/2 years worth for my son, about 4 years worth for my daughters. Love their sock clearance too, but can't stock up on socks too much because elastic tends to break down after a few years, worn or not.

I always come OOP for myself with them, but try to use the rare good bonused ones as an opportunity to grab more running shoes for myself.
