RSG Menu Audits

I did multiples of these this past weekend. The instructions said that there was a $1 expense reimbursement for the required purchase (POV).
All of my shops are in the received status with $0 expenses and just the $14 payment. I submitted a receipt with each one as required. The shop stated a total of $15 payment - 14 for the audit and 1 for the expenses.

I have contacted my scheduler but haven't heard back. Is anyone else in this situation?

They pay quick so I am hoping for a resolution before the next pay cycle. :-)

You are correct in your expectation and in your process for addressing the situation so far. If you have a phone number for the scheduler or anyone at the company (sorry, I don't), give a call today.
My shops show the same thing. The last time I did food shops with reimbursement for them, the amount showed $0 at first but then the correct amount appeared. I don't remember if this was at pay time or before. I wouldn't worry about it just yet.
Thank you.
This was my first shop of this type for RSG.
I appreciate the insight from others who have gone before me. :-)
Thanks for the update! I just checked and they show a $15 shop fee instead of the original $14 fee $0 expenses. That works for me! My surcharge shops recently updated with the expenses as well. Now if I only had the free time to do the bonused audits due by midnight.....
How did you like performing these audits? Quite a few have been advertised in my area. Is it worth the $15 pay in your opinion?
Some of the menuboards are easier than others. If they have the new fancy flat screen digital ones it is very difficult. The other type are easy to take pictures of. I took lots of pictures then went home to do the input. I had very little time on site. I spent the most time at home doing the input - but I had a cold beverage in my hand and the TV in the background. :-) I couldn't tell you how much time I spent on each one because I was quite leisurely about it once I was at home. I would do them again. They fluffed out my route for the day.
Thank you for the reply. I keep sitting on the fence with my decision to do them or not. Perhaps, after hearing from you I will give them a try. Thanks!
Maybe they have changed the instructions to address the reimbursement. The instructions I read say that payment is $15, which includes a $1 purchase reimbursement. I am assuming they mean the payment is a flat $15, out of which $1 of that is for the purchase they want me to make.
Heads up as discussed here before. Most not all most menu boards have cameras. If you stand close or even in the car and try to grab screen pics they will know it. Can they do anything? Well better be fast on your feet for that one.
Don't forget the $1 clean report bonus!
