Lots of females had gender changes

Looks like many females underwent gender changes this week...

"Hello Shoppers,

I wanted to extend this email to you all to let you know that from time to time we have gender related shops. We also are notified when your profile changes. Unfortunately some shoppers have taken it upon themselves to change their profiles to meet the requirements of this shop when it in fact it is untrue. We KNOW when this happens and it does not go unnoticed. Doing this will hinder you from receiving future projects. We expect you to keep your profile up to date, accurate and TRUTHFUL. We appreciate your hard work but lying will get you nowhere."

Apparently, ages change, too, for some shoppers, depending on the requirements of a shop. There was an e-mail that went out about the Pandora shops ..... notifying shoppers that if you were not within the age range not to change your age in your profile in order to qualify for the shop or it could result in deactivation because the system would recognize the change and shut down.
Yeah, that email was weird. I'm halfway through five of the shops they are referring to. I can see why they don't want women doing them.

Your title, on the other hand, well, that brought some visual images that I never want to see again.

Silver Certified on the Carolina Coast. You want fries with that?
What I would like to know is why they original MSC, who I also work for (I loathe them, but I work for them), passed them off to RSG without trying to do them first. They have done these same shops before in a few locations, and pay a few bux less, but it looks like they are now doing every location in the country. I'm not complaining. It's a quick $75 bux in my pocket. I just thought it was odd that they would pass this off at a higher rate.

i'd rather do work for RSG anyday of the week before ever
doing anything for the pony express.

looks like rsg also has their cell phone shops too.

Maybe rsg will buy martiz mystery division next.
That would be great.

tecxhman01. I am surprised you do not have the stones to post the name of the sender. The sender @ RSG was Jessica Brumit.

This was a very unprofessional blanket scolding by the sender.

If you are having problems with some Shoppers, contact them.

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Hrm, what if one really *did* have a gender change....

You'd have to pay me a lot more than $15 to become a man.

This is sad. Those people should be deactivated.

Plan the work. Work the plan.
Bgriffin, if you do in fact actually go through gender reassignment therapy and surgery, there's a long legal process that would alert any MSC to the fact. People who undergo gender reassignment usually change their legal names, and hormones and surgery require 12 months of therapy beforehand by law (to be sure you're sure, as both have permanent effects and cannot be fully reversed), and you can request a letter or certificate of proof from your psychiatrist. This letter can be used as proof of gender change; I have a friend who's currenly "only passing" (i.e. has not undertaken any hormonal or surgical changes yet, but dresses and successfully presents as his correct gender) who has one of these on file with his employer so their system will list him as a male employee. Once he completes transition therapy and starts hormones, he can change his legal sex, as well. This will change his driver's license, social security information, passport, and (I think) birth certificate to say Male.

So changing your sex with an MSC after gender reassignment wouldn't be as simple as changing a tickybox--you'd need to file that letter with any scheduler you were working with prior to your legal sex change, and following a legal change of sex you'd have court papers along with new government documentation to present to the MSC. Anyone undergoing gender reassignment would be very familiar with this process and wouldn't just change a tickybox.

File this under Posts That Make You Go Hmmmmmm

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
I would file it under "when people give a serious answer to a joke question"

I don't think you are allowed to use what RealAge.com says for your age.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
ninamason seems to know alot about this.

Yes, BGriffin and Techman - I was thinking both those things, but couldn't formulate a response. Brain overload.. hmmmmmmm tongue sticking out smiley

I expect Nina knows as much about this as would anyone else who had a good friend going through the process. I knew they had to go through at least a year of psychotherapy and hormone therapy before going under the knife but didn't know the rest of it.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
They do in my area. The shop requirements said males were preferred and could self assign. If you were a female, you were invited to apply, if you wanted to. I applied for two, didn't hear anything.
Techman, LJ, I'm fortunate to be cisgendered. I have two very dear friends who aren't so lucky.

Maybe they will start using panty checks.

I don't think you want that, cpburt. I work in theatre and, uh . . . . let's just say what some guys will wear would shock the shenanigans out of you.

My bet would be California.
