I would like to take the time to nominate Natalie Flahie. Anytime I needed an extension on a shops she was always willing to see what she could do to help. She's very friendly and patient with me as a shopper I and would like to acknownledge her for it. Just recently I had issues with materials not being shipped, but she did everything she could do to help with the situation. As long as she's employeed at this company I will continue to correspond with her, due to many years of great service.

Abria Bell- Stericycle
I would also like to take the time to nominate Abria Bell. Even though I have only known her for a few months, she's a reasonable person. I have had problems with some of the shops that needed to be completed and she was prompt with fixing the issues and conflicts that arise. If I had unexpected situations come up she was aggressively attacking and accessing the problem, and even on Sundays. Most schedulers don't work on Sunday, but she did and was prompt in answering questions related to your problem.

Elizabeth from Market Force - I am new to this but she will call me and offer nice bonuses on a certain shop and is always happy and pleasant!!!
I like to nominate Carina Harris of Bare International. She is always there when I need a different date for a shop. If I see a post and know I'm going there I will email her and tell her when I'm going and where and she goes out of her way to schedule it for me. Carina calls or email me if I have a problem and is always congenial and forgiving. Bare is the first company that I starting working for and Carina has helped every step of the way. Thank you, Carina.

I would like to also nominate Susan Hollingworth at Ritter and Associates. She helped when they took over the gas stations in Indiana. She has gone out of her way to see that I have had all the shops I wanted and helped me understand how the program had changed. She emails me on weekends and after hours, even on her vacation. Thank you Susan for all you do. smiling smiley

Nicole Oliveria from Intouch is pretty awesome and deserves a nomination here. She is reasonable, always responds promptly and is not pushy at all. Keep up the good work, Nicole!

Angelique Arthur from Premier Service also deserves a nomination. I am never left hanging when I need help in any way and she is quick to assign shops. Very pleasant communication. Can't ask for any better

I would like to nominate Gina Hernandez from Sinclair Customer Metrics. Gina is an excellent scheduler, who takes a minute to personally notify me if there are shops with a bonus attached to them and she feels I would be interested in these shops. There were a few times my wife was sick and Gina always asks about her. The personal touch makes all the difference in this business in my eyes and for these reasons, I would like to nominate Gina. smiling smiley

I would also like to nominate Donna Goodwin from GfK. Donna has scheduled a few of my shops in the past and Donna does an excellent job reaching out, being a shopper's advocate and going to bat for shoppers when an issue arises.

I couldn't nominate all of my schedulers but I'd like to. I work with Maritz a lot and although I don't work with a specific scheduler they have all been great to work for. I think all of the scheduler's I've worked for over the last two years have been great. Thanks to all of you who have put up with my quirks and have helped me this last year. You all deserve a pat on the back and a big raise!

Today was my first encounter with Alan Juarez at Maritz but I was impressed. First of all, he responded to my email promptly and I liked his quote at the end: "As I wrote this email I was smiling..." Author Unknown. When I read that I felt like it was true and it made me smile, also. He not only responded quickly to my concern but he explained step by step how to resolve the problem. When I sent him a picture to confirm the pixels were correct he promptly responded by commenting the pixels were perfect and mentioned what a cute baby. That also made me feel good and I felt like I was actually interacting with a person who took time to interact with me on a personal level. To top it off he made no hesitation to re-schedule the shop for me!
Angelique Arthur of Premier Service.

She is the best among the best. She has perfected Customer Service to a "T". As a matter of fact, she lifted my spirit a thousand times. My symbiotic relationship with Premier Service is strengthened by her presence. This contest has made me realize I have not been shopping for Premier Service for a while as a result of having signed up with more MSCs. And I missed working with Angelique.

I have just recently worked with Hannah but somehow I find I am enjoying working for Service Sleuth more than I have had for years. She has treated me with respect and consideration. Once, she gave me a bonus to do a flaked shop. Was I surprised to get a citation for that as well. I have done many, many 'favours' for some schedulers and did not receive that much appreciation. I look forward to working with her more.

I feel she is the reason why I find myself doing those bank shops which I find very stressful and wished at times I did not have to do. I really feel I honestly do not like them. I wonder why I apply for them again and again when there are other shops less stressful and with similar rate. I am not a bank person but she somehow has made the shops interesting and challenging, in her own special way.

And when I have completed one, I feel I have climbed the mountain. I try to avoid them but like a magnet, I am once again attracted to try and challenge myself with another shop. And I say, again and again, this will be the last one. But like peanuts, you can't really stop eating more. Psychologizing my reaction, I come to the conclusion that it's because Tara is there. She will be fair and would not treat me like a leper if I botch up. Her tips are such treasures. God help me if I have an addiction to those shops.

Daniel Price -Customer Impact. He is so accommodating, answers emails immediately, and works hard to get me alternate shops/dates when a date has already been chosen by another shopper. He is polite, easy to "talk" to, and always friendly.
Jess Noblit at TNS is a true gem! She's returned phone calls and emails quickly when I've had questions, and has been very helpful when I was having trouble with some equipment. She's been patient and clear explaining the ins and outs of scheduling, and has helped me find the shops that will work for me.

It's wonderful to have such an informed, patient, friendly and helpful scheduler, especially when working on complicated, high stakes assignments. Thank you, Jess!

I have worked with Sally for four years. I perform shops for Reality Based Group through her. She is truly remarkable. When I was a newbie she basically "trained" me. She used her own time to send me emails with tips and advice. She patiently answered every crazy question I had as a nervous new shopper. Over the years, I have made mistakes, had to reschedule shops and even fallen off the radar a time or two. Sally has consistently been there for me. She is the only scheduler I will put everything else aside for to help in a jam. She is very professional and a true "lady". She goes out of her way to give me routes and she appreciates the work that I do. She cares about her shoppers and wants to help better their skills. She cares enough that she has put her foot down when needed and tells me like it is! She does this in a positive way and believe me, I deserved it and my eyes needed to be opened. I have not noticed any nominations for her but she is absolutely special to me and I wanted to give her recognition that I feel she deserves. Thank you, Sally!!
I would definitely nominate Michel Myers, Bare International for scheduler of the day, year, and month!!! Michel is friendly, personable, and has always been extremely appreciative. He is quick to respond to any and all of my questions I may have. He is absolutely the best scheduler I have ever worked with, Simple the Best. Everything that I am writing is 100% from my heart. Thank you Michel for being an outstanding scheduler!!!! :-)

I heartily concur with David for Scheduler of the Year! He always takes my calls, shows respect for my time and my experience. His flexibility in scheduling and VERY clear answers to my questions make me also want to flex and stretch where I can to help him get his jobs covered. He is friendly, intelligent, and shows a sense of humor.

Robin rocks... she worked with me to line up five steakhouse assignments while my family and I went state to state over a 2+ week period this past summer. She's so easy to work with and she's a real pro!

Celeste at Summit Scheduling (Confero) is such a delight to work with! She always answers messages and she is fair and courteous when making rescheduling adjustments. Celeste is such an asset to shoppers and companies.
I would like to nominate Crystal from Beyond Hello. When I did a shop at the wrong mall, I was so embarrassed to tell her what I had done. She let me do the shop over at the right mall, and I got paid for both. The two malls were over 50 miles apart, it was totally my screw up. It was a big reimbursement shop, so it was good for me.
