KSS Shelly Martin

I probably work with her more than any other scheduler at present as she handles three regional accounts that I shop a lot. She always replies to emails within a short time. She tries to accommodate special requests. When I messed up on something she tries to figure out a solution. I think overall the KSS Schedulers are the best, but Shelly is the top of the heap.
I nominate Shirley Mclemore with Reality Based Group.

My reason for nominating her is, she has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and concerns as a shopper. Shirley makes herself available 24/7 and is always quick to respond or help in any way needed at all. I have had negative responses from schedulers that just don't have the time to explain or care. Well, Shirley does and if you don't understand and just because you may be a business professional or someone who has shopped for years, this does not mean you will immediately know it all. I compare it to computer programs for different company's per say; each and every one of them usually have their own applications, scheduling ways, etc. I haven't responded to any of the schedulers who don't treat me as they would want to be treated. Shirley has showed me how even though I am well educated I don't know it all when it comes to how, what, why, when, and where so to speak.
I do my best for her because she goes out of her way for me. She also doesn't show her aggravation if any or that I'm in her way. The time and patience she has shown me is astounding. I cannot say enough about how much she is available and so fair in caring for shoppers willing to be honest and to get the job done for her, but her willingness to go above and beyond to what she is required.

Yes, Barb Cody of Premier Service. She is among the very best and there are a few more under her.
She is the classiest scheduler I have ever had the honour to work with. And no wonder the people who work under her are in a class of their own. She treats shoppers with respect but firm hand. She gave me the impression that she is not an enabler. If you want to be trusted, then be consistently diligent and thorough. Sloppiness is not something she would tolerate. She has raised the bar for scheduler.
I would also like to nominate Kate Wilson with Sevice Check.
She has extended and welcomed me so genuinely and also worked with me and not criticised. Thanks for being an encouragement also.

Ruthann DeMann of A Closer Look

For her patience in twice changing an assignment date for me, with my promising not to let anything interfere with the second change, only to have an emergency come up for me on the day scheduled and being unable to complete it! I was so embarrased, as I always try my best to complete any assignments I've taken on. Ruthann was not only understanding, she actually asked if I wanted to reschedule it again! Thank you, Ruthann, for being so nice and understanding.
Shirley McLemore was my first scheduler. I've learned so much from her. She is always willing to help and teach. I feel blessed every time I do any shop because of Shirley.

I would Lorri nominated Joni from Customer Impact. She's great! Very nice, has a great sense of humor, always very helpful to accommodate your needs When you need dates extended and does not give you a hard time. Will work with you in getting you the shops you want as best as she can. Totally adore her!

I would also like to nominate Shirley Mclemore from Reality Based Group. She's one of my favorites! She is really nice and has helped me a lot, specially in rescheduling at last minute. All I can say about her is that she does an awesome job!
I would like to nominate Nicole Webb from Bare International. I am fairly new to mystery shopping, and certainly have not had the time to experience the number of "good" schedulers and "bad" schedulers that many people on this forum have experienced. But one thing I know about Nicole is that she is one of the good ones.

Though I wouldn't say I have established an extremely close scheduler / shopper relationship with Nicole that many on this forum have established with some of their schedulers, I can say that Nicole is the first scheduler I have worked with that I feel a strong sense of loyalty to -- that sense that I would go far out of my way to help her out because I know she has gone far out of her way to help me out.

Despite the fact I am new at mystery shopping and have made some major mistakes on my shops, or panicked when I thought I made major mistakes (when I had not), Nicole has always responded to my messages and given me a second chance or an encouraging word. That means the world to a new shopper.

Most recently, I actually did a shop at the wrong location. Not only did I mess that shop up, I messed up another shop that day because my "wrong" shop cut into my time and supplies - and I only got two of the scheduled four shops done that day.

After that, I was afraid I might be done with Bare. I certainly had not shown myself to be very reliable as a shopper. Nicole could have given me "flakes" on those two shops and scheduled someone who she knew she could count on to complete them correctly. But Nicole not only gave me another chance and trusted me to do the shops correctly the second time, she actually allowed me to schedule two other shops in the same area, which made my drive back to the location to redo the messed up shops worthwhile.

As most people on this forum know, it is not always easy to establish a reputation; at least a good reputation; as a new shopper. And without a solid good reputation, one bad shop can earn you a bad reputation.

I am very appreciative of Nicole Webb's tolerance, patience, and encouragement as I weave my way into this profession called mystery shopping. I think she deserves to be commended for her ability to work well with new, inexperienced shoppers.

Jeffrey Rose from BARE shopping is the bestest in the world. He is totally understanding, follows through on what he says, responds to my emails within great time frames and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. I have been in several tight spots and Jeff has worked with me through them. He seems like a really great guy and I know I have enjoyed working with him and BARE for many years....GO JEFFREY!!!

Linda is a great scheduler who also deserves a nomination here! She is always just a phone call or email away. She is patient and understanding. Linda cares about the success of her shoppers and goes out of her way to accommodate all of my requests. She has one of the largest accounts I have seen and I truly don't know how she schedules thousands of shops each month plus take such great care of her shoppers!
I would like to give honors to Laura Lord with ATH Power Online. She is wonderful to work with and most helpful. If I need to change dates which is very seldom she is most accomodating. I give her the top points as a scheduler that I have worked with for a number of years.
KSS SHELLY IS IN THE HOUSE!! Shelly Martin is the best ever. I feel like i have been through thick and thin with her. ZI try to never have tore-schedule but if I need to she is alway amenable when possible. She took over for another scheduler with whom I had built a strong relationship but she never missed a beat, and she is alway on as another shopper mentioned, if one has an issue shelly will work to fix it, solve reschedule it--SHELLY is the BEST
Shelly Martin is the very best scheduler I have worked with. She plans ahead and juggles many tasks. Shelly is professional and a great communicator. She is always there to answer questions. For example, on a shop, i was unable to identify the sex of the server. I wanted to accurately complete my report. She put me in tough right away with the editor so that i could get my report in on time. If she ever has a cancellation from another shopper and needs a replacement shopper, I ALWAYS say yes, even if it is across town. Shelly helps me in many ways and it is always a pleasure to work with her. She is personable and it is like working on a team with Shelly. She is genuine and appreciates her shoppers. She is the standard to which others aspire.
Joan from Dynamic Advantage in CA......................a small company with a big heart. Joan is always accessible by phone to answer all questions, scheduling and otherwise.
OK. Here's mine, finally.

Ryan Pinter. (I think that's his last name!) With Second to None.

Ryan set me up with a batch of shops out of town for a really nice route. Then, when I turned in all of my reports, I realized that I had forgotten to cover a key point that had been requested in EACH of the five narratives! Yikes! He worked with me to get the additional information into my reports in a timely manner.

A few days later, even with my boo-boo, he set me up with *another* nice route of shops out of town. A few days after that, *another* route! On that last route, he even added an unexpected bonus to each of the shops. Totally awesome.

He was quick to respond to my shop requests, each of the three times; and to get me all of the shops on each route I needed to make them work. There were a couple of other shops for S2N that I wanted to tack on, but they had a different scheduler, who was unavailable right away, and I needed to know right away for route planning purposes. Ryan stepped in to assist and get everything all good to go.

When I needed to ask about a key point of clarification before the first route, he was quick to respond. His emails are brief, but always to the point, providing the information I needed to know, and all very timely.

I really enjoyed working with him on those shops and would be happy to work with him on any projects in the future.

ETA: Also, for that first of the three routes, I originally asked for one day, and Ryan got it all set up. THEN... I realized I needed it on a different day, because I had *completely* forgotten something on my calendar! Ryan fixed it for me *right* away, and got it all set up for the newly requested day. He didn't even act annoyed. smiling smiley
