Interesting. $56 in car expenses(.56/mile), and how much time to do it? Lets say 4-5 hours @$10/hour = $45 to pay yourself that wage = $101. In other words, It cost $101 to make $85.

Are you sure it's worth it?

No. $101 in expenses to make $85 leaves a $16 deficit. In other words it cost her $16 to do the shops.

As for the reports, my estimate of 4 1/2 hours was for driving, performing the shops (including prep time), and entering the reports.

You don't have to eat the stuff. Give it to someone who is hungry and pocket the cash!!!! Lol. Report says, did it taste good? Eat the pickles. I like pickles and two pickle slices won't kill me. Lol
