That's a clean link, in case some are leery of clicking it. Tells the story of Five Guys and Mystery shopping is mentioned. But I wonder about this:

10. Not only have the Murrells repeatedly refused to add milkshakes to their menu, but they also won't add milk. Jerry's reasoning? Because kids don't like milk, and kids like Five Guys because it seems like a (calcium-low) treat.

Wasn't there talk of Five Guys shops with milkshakes recently? They weren't on the menu of the one I visited today in Arizona (not on a shop) but I think some of them have shakes, don't they?

They also said they shake the fries "15 times exactly" which is not true. I watched a guy twitch 25 times today, and have counted as many as 41 shakes on a shop once.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

52 is the highest I have counted. I feel like Rain Man standing there counting the shakes of the fries sometimes.
Also did you notice on the video review he said he did not order bacon but they put it on his burger anyway.
I did one shop and I saw the crew shake the fries less than 10 times. When the fries I received were soggy and limp, I wondered if that was the reason.
