I finally got it!!!!!

That's right, the mall review shop I have been applying for time and time and time again since June of last year. Tonight I received that ACCEPTED email and wow, I guess being tenacious pays off sometimes.....Gotta say I'm liking this one as it pays $25 (but you have to buy a $20 giftcard, so the giftcard is essentially a freebie with a $5 shop fee but I think the way it's set up the whole $25 is taxable).....at any rate, with a reimbursed giftcard of $20 and a Ross in this mall or better yet a rock shop with cool quartz crystals - decent sized ones, too, starting around $9 - I will find something interesting.

Bottom line here is like I said, tenacity, or persistence if you prefer.....seems like it can pay off in this biz sometimes.

Not sure whether the gift card is reimbursed or not. You might want to check on that.

I don't think it is. You get $25 for completing the shop and having it accepted - but you have to buy a $20 giftcard as part of doing the shop. And there is a fee of $2.95 for activating or setting up the card or whatever but the $2.95 is reimbursed. I am looking at this as essentially a mostly reimbursed $20 giftcard and a $5 shop fee. After taxes if I am figuring this right, I still have enough to go buy some nice quartz crystals at the rock shop in the mall on someone else's dime.....works for me.
