Thank you ma'am. I'm wondering how many will catch the C.H. reference...

Excellent article James! Of course I caught the reference.

Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Not scheduling for ANY company.
Awesome Mr Bond. I'm pretty good on 2 through 10 but I have to work on 1. I probably should not have asked that banker if the gelato counts as double dining points on the Sapphire card. Or if a gondola counts as double travel points. But I get tired of being purely vanilla, I like rocky road.
I was a bit rushed on the list and 10 is a bit redundant. If I had it to do over, 10 would be:

Thou shalt remember the advice of the Japanese POW camp commander to Alec Guinness in "Bridge on the River Kwai", and that is "Be happy with your work." If you are not happy doing mystery shopping, it will reflect in the quality of your reports and will result in more trouble than solutions.

And really, that's the answer for any job, be happy with the work you do and you will discover that your life will be more enjoyable and relaxed.

This was a really well-written article and was a pleasure to read. I like #4, #5 & #8 especially smiling smiley
