Movie ticket stub vs movie ticket receipt

Hello all, I completed a movie theater shop and the guidelines say I need the movie ticket stub, the movie ticket receipt and the concession receipt. When I asked for the movie ticket receipt, the cashier told me my movie ticket stub was my receipt. I didn't argue, what normal customer would? The guidelines state that if I don't have all three items, I won't get paid. I emailed the scheduler, but don't expect to hear anything back during the weekend. There were quite a few issues with this theater and do not want to spend the time writing the report if my shop has been invalidated. The report is due tonight. What would you do?

kathygry – Depending on what movie theater you go to, your ticket stub may also be your receipt. Since you didn't name the MSC, would you mind naming the movie theater you shopped? I've shopped both AMC and Regal theaters, so I can look into my records with what was given to me at those theaters.

Anyways, with all movie theater shops I've done, the ticket stubs themselves and proof of purchase at the concessions were the make-or-break documents for the shops.

If you haven't already, I'd contact your scheduler informing them of this. I'd still proceed and finish the assignment. From my experience, these movie theater shops aren't extensive anyways.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
The ticket stubs had a serial number, and in many chains they are the receipt. Just upload the photo of the stub in both places on the report. Even for the concession, some MS accept a part of the pop corn and beverage cup as proof.
The ticket stubs are acceptable. Fill in what you can and the scheduler will email requesting "more information". Then call that number in the email and discuss the situation. I almost gave up on my report until the scheduler talked me through the hard parts. I explained the ticket situation, the mentally handicapped ticket taker who did not smile or tear tickets because of limitations, and other little things.
Tarantado, the movie theater was Cinemark. I've submitted my report and I'll see what happens. This is the first assignment of this type that I've done for this MSC. I've done another movie theater check with another company. This one is much more in depth. It really needed to be shopped, it was a mess!
Update - the scheduler responded and said she would accept the report with just the movie ticket stub. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from her on a weekend.
