I had the perfect shopping day . . .until

I was so excited I had the perfect shopping day planned out 3 of them with great bonuses . . .both kids in school. Five shops that I really enjoy doing and even a great lunch planned for a shop and I woke up to 2 kids with pink eye. Sigh. I emailed all of the schedulers and unfortunately all of them are due today except one. I was able to reschedule... So instead of making money, off to the pediatrician we went . . . I hope the schedulers don't think I am "flaking" - I did offer to reschedule all of them . . .

Oh dear, I hope everything went okay at the doctor's office. I'm glad that you were able reschedule. I have found that most schedulers are understanding and more than happy to reschedule shops than having to cancel them.

Pink eye sucks and it is so contagious. Be sure to wash your hands a lot! My "perfect" mystery shopping day is one where I have 5 shops that I like with a free lunch thrown in and I only have to drive 25 miles. I like to work between 10 and 7 then if I get a shop for dinner my day is complete. Has only happened a hand full of times. Life does happen so I do use the reschedule button a lot. Hope your kids are alright and the company is understanding.

When you have a history of completing shops on time, the less likely it will be that a they think you are flaking so no need to worry.

I understand. Was all set to do a restaurant dinner shop, got in my car....and the battery was dead.

Happy News to report . . .the pink eye is on the mend and I no one took 2 of the shops from yesterday . . .so they are letting me do them tomorrow . . .yay =)
