Any Advice for Walgreen's Shop?

I'm embarking on a Walgreen's shop today. I took the assignment because I'm a new shopper and decided to shop anything in my area to get experience. It looks like a lot of work for the pay but I figure it's practice for bigger and better. Does anyone have experience or sage wisdom for doing this shop?

I am headed to Walgreen's today also. Doesn't sound that difficult. Just having a hard time coming up with an appropriate question for the front of the store. Good luck to us both vintagerose smiling smiley
Well LauraJeanne, how did your shop go? Mine went ok, but the report requires too much repetitive narrative. I'm cross-eyed so I'm going to have to finish in the morning. I don't think I'll be doing this shop again sad smiley
I did not enjoy this shop either vintagerose. Agreed that the narrative is unnecessarily redundant. It's all a learning experience for me, but I'm with you on skipping this one next time it comes around.
The ojnly Walgreens ones I see are tobacco compliance shops. Is that what you did, or am I still missing an MSC from the list of those I have signed up with?

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Not a tobacco compliance shop. This was evaluating the service in 3 departments, including if the staff was using the necessary proper greetings (which NO ONE did during my shop). This was my first shop for this MSC, so I'm not sure if it's a regular for them or not.
What is with the "be well" salutation? I feel like I should use the Dr. Spock "Vulcan Salute". It's no wonder the store associates don't say it, it's ridiculous and archaic.

I work next door to a Walgreens, and go there every few days to buy candy, pop, etc. The employees there ALWAYS say "Be Well" when a customer is headed towards the door. It kinda creeps me out, and I don't know why.
