Ever Had A Day Like This?

On Wednesday I did an authorized retailer store photo audit. The MSC didn't like some of my pictures so I had to go back and redo them today. On the way home I had a lunch shop at the carhop hamburger place. I let the attendant upsell me for something that isn't on the approved list of entrees. When I got home I found dirty dishes all over the kitchen countertop and a massive cat hair ball right in the middle of the family room carpet

OY! I'm tempted to climb back in bed and pull the covers up over my head.

that sucks. I don't mind it so much when I find the hairballs on the tile floor, as long as it isn't found by my foot.
I hate when my one cat eats and decides to drink a massive amount of water right away and pukes the semi-digested food up! She does it when she thinks she's not getting enough attention.

Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Not scheduling for ANY company.

Isn't that the WORST? Sometimes an entire meal comes up.

How about on the down comforter (so much fun to wash) or on a huge rug (that really tied the room together.)
I swear my cat has an eating disorder. She will stuff herself and then - yuck. I had a crappy mystery shopping week topped by going to a completely wrong shop and doing a report on those poor people. Even did a follow up call and entered the report. They were both postal stores close to each other and I did not double check the address - my bad. Every shop that I did this week had some kind of problem - blurry picture, unreadable receipt ect. I just hope it gets better next week.
I have a house with tile and wood floors throughout, except for the master bedroom, which has carpet. To repeat, ONE ROOM in the whole house is carpeted. Guess where she hacked up the hairball?

How did you know?!?!
Hey, at least the cat didn't PEE on the carpet. Mine did when she was mad at me, and that smell is so difficult to remove. It took me a bottle of Nature's Miracle, but it was still a nuisance.
My cat got up on my bed, looked right at me "smiling" and then promptly started peeing on my bed!

I got her off the bed, washed the comforter and then later, she did it AGAIN. I pulled the comforter off the bed washed it AGAIN, went out and purchased plastic sheeting and keep it on my bed now. smiling smiley

She has not done it for awhile but when I am at work. I want to make SURE she does not do that again...I don't know if it was anger issues or unresolved conflicts but I never had a cat pee right on the bed, while staring at me..tongue sticking out smiley
And this is why I'll be happy to never have a pet in my home. It's clean until my daughter, DH, or myself make a mess and we can clean up after ourselves (except for my four year old, but she won't pee on my bed!)

To each their own, of course.

Maybe keep an eye on your kitty for other unusual behavior...one of our vets once told us that can be a sign of something medical going on. We looked into it because one of our cats has chronic trouble using the litter box, and found that no, he's just dumb. tongue sticking out smiley
Yeah, sometimes that can be a sign of a UTI.

I started to fill the tub with water last night to take a bath. I thought, "This is taking a while to fill." Duh, forgot to put the stopper in!

It seems cats like to throw up furballs when you least expect it and in places you least expect. I've had my share of those but I wouldn't trade my babies for nothing.

I feel for ya. Hope your day goes better.

I've had a bad mystery shopping week. Made dumb mistakes I don't even want to mention. Just no way to put an amusing spin on it.
I screwed up yesterday by doing a grocery shop too early. Stupid mistake and now I not to be banned from MF.
On top of everything else that went wrong that day I just got an email from another company saying I didn't follow the correct standards for a phone interview and I won't be getting paid. DOUBLE OY! I'm glad that day's over.

This past Sat was not a good day. I beat my record for number of shops in a day, 15. But it was tough to get through. I had a fender bender and it was my fault. First time I have ever had a wreck that was my fault involving another vehicle, and I have been driving for over 40 years. I was so MAD at myself the rest of the day. The damage to the other SUV was almost nothing thank goodness. My car got a few scratches. During a gas station shop I had a guy that decided to hang out at a pump for 30 minutes and there was no way to get a pic. Another gas station pump I had a customer ask me rudely to please move so she could get gas, I held her up for all of 7 seconds after I waited 15 minutes for the last one to leave. That was a first. Lots of little stuff not worth mentioning. I was so glad to get home.
With as much time as I spend in my car (my 2012 Rogue will hit 50,000 miles by Jan 1) I worry about accidents, both my fault and others'. It sucks having an accident, even a minor one where only scratches were the result.

On the gas station pic - most clients don't expect you to hang out once you're done with the remainder of the audit. I've had that happen a few times - a couple of times I was able to figure out whose car it was (one of the station employees) and got them to move it, but at least 2 times I can think of, I just took a photo of the pump with the car in front of it, capturing as much of the pump as possible, and both were accepted. One of those 2 times a police officer was sitting in his car at the pump talking on his phone. No way I was asking HIM to move. smiling smiley
Had hundreds of them

Hubby didn't work from March of 2014 till 4 wks ago.

Late car pymt calls, harassment frm house lender

Siamese not getting along for months

and, to top it off, one of my home health
gals had a s__T fit this morning and I'm not
sure IF /WHEN I EVER WANT to go back
she's very close by, but the drama queen
is getting old for me.
amberngriffinco - Everything ok with you ? Sounds like you had a bad day, but I can't figure out why you just sent a message to me ? Was it meant for someone else?
Have a 16 year old male Siamese cat. Woke up one morning and he had crapped all over my keyboard. Thought about what a pain it would be to clean up, then I remembered that I have several extra keyboards on hand.
I think if my cat crapped on my keyboard, the only cleanup would involve a trash bag and a quick trip to Best Buy.

He is old and senile. But then he was senile when he was a kitten. Walks into a room, looks around sits down and forgets why he came into the room. He had to go through radiation therapy earlier this year for a tumor in his throat. Ever since he has been missing the litter box at least twice a week. That I don't mind cleaning it up isn't a problem. But the radiation took away his meezer cry.
