Agreed that the shop fee should be higher. But as far as the reimbursement goes, I order a little burger, which together with the little fries and regular soda is more than enough for me, and the total is $10.93. So the $11.00 reimbursement is fine in my case.
The highest shop fee I've seen on this is $9.00, and that was for a late night near closing time assignment. Never did one because I don't want to eat at 9:30 p.m. or whatever time it is.
As I've hooked up with more MSCs I do fewer of these shops - now it's about once a month, when I'm in the mood for a good burger & fries instead of my slightly "healthier" normal fare.
