Jackson Hewitt/H&R Block Photo Audit

Do I underestand that you were looking at the tax returns of 10 customers? If so, I think there are major privacy issues here. Personally, I would refuse to do it, or take a TV crew along and let them raise big stink.

I'm just looking to see if some forms are signed. I'm not looking at anything with their financials on them. My shops are at Jackson Hewitt.

I've actually got an H & R Block audit scheduled too. They seem a lot easier and you don't have to make an appointment since they're a "surprise." My inspection at the JH kiosk tonight took an hour. They only had one desk and they had customers there. They don't keep paper files, so the manager had to pull up each of the ten customers on her iPhone and scroll through them to find the documents I needed to check. That took a while. The pictures only took a couple of minutes. Had we been able to use a computer, I probably would have been done in about twenty minutes.

Is there more than one JH Walmart kiosk audit? The ones I see started at $10 and are now at $14.
