I wandered over to the "other" board" and found this..... I know nothing of the lady.
But it does bring to mind to be careful while out shopping on our own or for a shop. This was posted Dec 16, 2014.
Some of you might know of her. I do not know if she was a member here. It also appears many of her shopping companies are helping out in the Go Fund .
"One of our fellow shoppers, Marjie is in the hospital from what appears to have been an attack in broad daylight.
Marjie was found in the parking lot of a mall in CA unconscious with life threatening head injuries. The police are trying to put details together but do not know at this point what exactly happened to her. It is still under investigation. She remains in intensive care and is unconscious at this point.
Please be careful out there and watch your surroundings.

It saddens me to inform you that Marjie passed away this morning in California. Her husband was by her side. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. She will always hold a special place in our hearts and will be missed, as she was one special lady! Although they are still investigating, her husband stated it looks as though she was possibly hit by a car in the parking lot of the mall. "
