Bonus Missing?

Hi all,

I just did my first 2 bonused shops! Whoop! Whoop!

BUT ~ the fees were not changed nor were the bonuses mentioned in my shop logs. I have the emails saved tho.

Do I need to remind the MSC now or should I wait to see what the payment is when I get it? They are for A Closer Look and Sentry.

Thanks for your help, as aways!

Shopping Central Jersey Shoreline. WHAT? I'm an adult?! When did this happen?! How do I make it stop?!

Sentry is prophet so they are in notes when you open the shop its says bonus and whatever it was. A closer look I am not sure but you can email or call. I would always call well before payment as it is easier to correct before payment than after.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

As far as A Closer Look goes, you should have checked your shop log before you did the shop. Email your scheduler; I have found their schedulers responsive and helpful.
Never dealt with Sentry.

Personally, I'd just be patient and wait it out...

But if you're eager,

For Sentry, you're able to see what your pay amount will ultimately be after your report's been approved.

For A Closer Look, bonus amount are usually listed in your shop log when you self-assign yourself to an assignment; however, if this was something between you and a scheduler via email, it may not show.

I'd check those two areas first. In the end, you'll get your bonus that was promised (as long as they stay in business, of course!). Even if your checks sent to you are missing the bonus amounts, both Sentry and A Closer Look are easy to deal with via email or call. If that ever happens, just follow up and figure out a solution. What's happened to me with an MSC was that they just added the bonus that was missed to the next assignment I already had scheduled.

If I notice a discrepancy between the agreed upon rate and the invoiced rate, I mention it to the scheduler immediately. First of all, as another poster said, it's easier to fix beforehand than afterward. Secondly, with the payment terms of some of these MSCs, I don't want to wait another month or whatever the pay cycle to receive the rest of my pay.

I won't complete a shop until the agreed upon fee and bonus is in writing.

OP stated they had email documentation of the bonus already....
