I don't live in this state, nor would I consider doing this type of shop, personally, as I don't believe in the business practices of these types of lenders. However, if you do on both counts, this is something you need to be aware of...You will be accounted for by more than just the MSC.

It is nice to see some limitation on these by the State, though while it is for the protection of consumers I can also see where it could work to the detriment of those same consumers because generally those who use/need payday loans are living right on the edge of financial viability.
