I came to the board to rant...before the situation has presented itself fully. Instead I read a bunch of rants. So I changed my attitude. Instead I will post some rules that I try to follow.

If I am bored or do too many shops that I am finding out that I am taking shortcuts, getting bored, or not giving it my best, better that I should take a break rather than screw it up.
I did phone shops the last two days. Took a break from driving around. Made an impression on a scheduler or two. That's a good day in my book.
Try to do the best job you can. Do not let the MSC affect your professionalism. I've jumped to conclusions about companies, but in retrospect I've gone back and reviewed their criteria for evaluation and found why I scored an 8 instead of a 10. Clarity is good.
I wanted to sound off today. I am glad that I did not.
