Upside Down Pizza

I remember a discussion about this at some time in the past, but can't recall whether there is a solution that does not lead to the loss of a pie or at least everything on top of it. I suppose it is possible if you are at home to salvage the pie after a picture of the bottom has been taken, but I can't think of any way that I could stay below the radar with an upside down pizza on my table in a restaurant. Ok, so I don't order any toppings, but what about the cheese sliding off and becoming an unsalvageable lump? Once the cheese has melted it isn't going to do anything but stick to itself and the pan after plopping off the cooked dough. Is there a way to take a picture of a bottom crust that would make a shop with the "photo of bottom crust" requirement do- able?

Huh? The requirements are for one slice turned over aren't they?

Since I don't know which msc you are shopping Ican only speak from the one I completed . I just lifted the corner and took a picture of the half Ilifted.
If you are talking about the shop that is a restaurant, you just hold up one piece of pizza with your fingers and take a picture of the bottom crust. You don't actually flip the piece over.

If you are talking about the delivery pizza, you now only need to flip over 4 pieces of the cheese pizza. The cheese holds on and doesn't fall off. You used to have to flip over two pieces of the two topping pizza but not any more. In any case, the toppings didn't fall off. I 'm not sure if that is good or bad!
