So I was doing a theatre evaluation and at the concession stand forgot to tell the young chap to keep the change (requirement for this shop) because he forgot to ask for my reward card and almost completed the transaction before I got to offer it. So he threw me off a little and I forgot. As I turn to walk away and suddenly remember. FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

My first thought, I'll make anothe purchase of the required items...CRAP, not enough cash for that! I only have $8 left. So i quick call a scheduler and I'm informed that additional concession items are allowed. Yippie. I ditch my jacket in the theatre and head back. Again he forgets to ask for my reward card but I give it to him to scan. He looks up at me and says it scanned but also automatically redeemed my points for the super overpriced candy I just bought. Are you F-ing kidding me? Can't tell you "keep the change" now. So now I'm just irritated and go off to my show since I have to wait and go make another purchase later. So now after my show I go back, get the same guy and surprise he doesn't ask for my card still. I also didn't offer it because there is no way I'm going through all of that again. Thank God I remembered to tell him to keep the damn change.

Then to top off my day, I find out my local Walmart no longer carries the mini ciabatta rolls. There goes the dinner plans.

Was it at least a good movie?

yeah it was good entertainment (otherwise I would have mentioned that too!)

Oh I despise when shops go bad because it is always when I don't have enough cash or time. I drove to a 5 Guys once and paid with my credit card. Would not accept my card and I had no cash. I knew there was money in my account and he tells me that I can go to an ATM. I had driven quite a ways as the shop was bonused and I was not going to let it go. Had to leave my paid parking to find an ATM. After paying the fee at the ATM and paying for parking again my bonus was pretty much gone. Then having to face the same cashier after having my credit card denied was the cherry. At least the burger was good.
