Free Tan

So I just got an email to do a tan shop which is reimbursement only with no pay.
In the email it stated that it was tan free week so that we could print a coupon and not have to pay for the tan.

So guess what?!
Now you can complete a shop with a coupon and fill out a report for no extra money
or
If you really want a tan, you can just use the coupon and not fill out a report.

Trying to decide which way I should go...

I would just tan for free and save the shop for when I had to pay if I could tan. smiling smiley

Free skin cancer.
No thanks.

I can go outside and get that for free where I live and slather sunscreen when doing anything outside for more than 1 hour. I can go lay outside and get a skin burn to the point I blister and then peel for free.
NooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't do it. Instead, take another shop that pays enough for you to get good sunscreen and an appointment with a dermie who can check all of your skin now and over time.

*sorry. that was just a tad dogmatic. woof.*

Is this shop "only" available tan-free week? Sounds like a bit of a rip-off.

You tan. You paid nothing. You get nothing. Except a tan smiling smiley

NOT worth it...
I probably find it a bit too funny that the person who started this thread is named Tan ya

Don't even get me started. I drove around lake Michigan three times hopping from town to town and doing it from one hotel to the next while doing upgrades to the telco systems. I used to have a heated oil AND transmission dipstick. I know real cold. I spent many winter months working third shift listening to people outside my window revving up the loudest snow machine you ever heard.

I left late for work and the 10 minute drive turned my wet hair into ice hair. I know COLD.

Now I live in the land of palm trees. I drove in the upper peninsula of Michigan in whiteout conditions where there was 40-50 miles between small towns and you needed to carry survival gear in your car to last at least 2 days. You didn't worry about a speeding ticket as the deer would jump out in front of you and the insurance company would gage the damage to the speed limit and deduct if the damage was more than what the speed should have been.
