My only flake citation (not at BARE) was 3 with a weight of 1, which I wasn't happy about but it could have been worse. Zero with a weight of 20 is absurd, and would have knocked my average down to maybe a 5 at the company where I got my flake (from a 9.5x rounded to 10). As it stands I still have a 9 average and am now maybe a shop or two away from a rating rounded up to 10 once again.
