What would you prefer? To be given a grade or not?

I just checked on a couple of shops I performed last week since I had not heard anything back on how I did or if they had any questions. When I looked on one it gave me a shop score of 8.7 and the other just said ok to pay. Would you prefer to be graded and know potentially what you might have made mistakes on or just forget it and get paid?

I just wanna get paid. I figure if I did something wrong they would tell me.

I prefer knowing the shop is closed so "okay to pay" or a grade doesn't much matter

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I don't really care about a grade unless I receive some constructive and useful feedback, which rarely happens.
I'd rather get any sort of criticism to learn from and carry over to the next shop with the same client and / or MSC.

I have noticed that the companies that don't give you any grade have editors that won't bother if it was bearable 8-10 range shop. If you were off your game and they had to move some narrative data around (answered in wrong box) and were rushing and earned a 7 that they will take the time and give you a grade. When the perfect shops have no grade, that one 7 will continue to blemish your overall score even if you have many other perfect shops that should have brought you back up to a 9. I stopped gritting my teeth when I log into that company and looking at it.

This MSC keeps assigning me work, so they themselves must not be too particularly concerned about the scoring system.
I like constructive criticism that helps me become a better shopper. Otherwise, I don't care.
I never pay attention to anything unless I haven't been paid in two months. then I might look to see if something is amiss. I cared about grades the first dozen times i got one but now i know what i'm doing and i know if i have screwed up and i don't care about anything but getting paid.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
I like to get grades, and if they are not 10s, then feedback. I was really annoyed when I did a buffet integrity check and received a 10, did the same job 6 months later and got a 9 with no feedback. I really do want to know what needed to be fixed, and while I should be pleased with a 9, it was useless to me and only made me say to myself that I was not going through all that trouble again (with crappy food) to get a 9. I know I am too much of a perfectionist, but that's just who I am.
Grades rarely do anything but annoy me. Nothing irritates me more than a less than 10 grade along with a poorly worded comment.

Basically I just want to know the shop is accepted.
Unless there is a comment to help me do better at what they require a grade is meaningless to me.
I cared about grades when I was in school, as they were the determining factor. Now I care about getting paid.
I am happy when I get a high grade. Getting paid is most important, of course, but seeing my grades and feedback is helpful and aids me in future shops. Companies that give no feedback at all except for quality control questions always make me feel like I'll never know where I stand. Some days when I'm super busy, I could care less though.
Grades are meaningless unless they tell you what you did or wrote wrong.

In less the grade gets in my way of being able to accept more work with the company or affects me getting paid I could care less. The only thing that slighty irritates me is when I do 6 shops the exact same with no narrative and just check boxes and bam 3 10's and 3 9's with no comments on the 9's. I got over it in a minute figured an editor who don't give 10's.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
