I almost got into an accident with a golf cart in the parking lot of an ABC Liquor store that is within a block of a golf course. It's illegal for them to drive the cart on the road for a block and to park in the liquor store lot and they are hard to see as they silently whip around the lot. ABC does nothing to stop this and serves them.
I decided to fill out the survey at the bottom of the receipt to try to get them to refuse to serve people that arrive and park illegally on the carts in the lot. Sure enough, the survey was run by the same MSC that shops them that is in the list here.
The public survey was 5 minutes and 100% tick boxes if desired. I only put narrative where I wanted to about my complaint. They gave me as $2 off next visit coupon.
