Depending on the location, it can take an hour on site if it's a tiny shop or over 1 1/2 hours if there are any serious violations. This is checking oven temp/timings and not skipping anything and getting a 10 report.
I'd do it again. I did all the locations near me. Now I don't have to go eat any of those cookies with flies in the display case.
