Usually if you press a button at the bottom before submitting it will tell you what you missed. I can't remember the exact wording but it's the button other than the submit button. I think maybe it says something like "take another pass" or something similar.

Retake the test....GFK allows that.

The schedulers are no help with the tests, in my experience. Even moreso if you've run out of tries.

I'm sorry... I should have said GfK schedulers are no help with tests... again, in my experience.

Yeah, gotta love those tests. I agreed to do a last-minute, highly bonused shop 100 miles away and when I was rushing to print the paper work so I could get on the road to get there within the time parameters, I had to stop and go through the damn test. Wasted about 45 minutes of my time if I remember right (had to read everything first and then take the test).
They were desperate to get that shop done and it almost didn't happen just because of the silly test requirement because I barely got up there in time to do the shop.

They have next to nothing in my area. They did have a wing shop. I did it once for them, and the test was infuriating. The scheduler was super helpful with it. The one question that was holding me back was not really covered in the material to read before the test. It was maddening.

I rarely shop for this company any longer due to the tests and the past few highly bonused cell phone shops I took ended up being "Not there." I got a whopping $3 or such. I felt it was deceitful to offer a high bonus and then pay shoppper only $3. Since it's happened more than once, I don't want to give them another shot. Even though it is stated in their guidelines about the closed locations, it doesn't sit right with me after printing, testing, driving, preparing, etc. Just not worth my time.

I have taken many tests where the test is flawed and you have to guess the wrong answer to get through it. It's multiple choice and you just guess every variation till you guess right. Assuming, there are not a limits to the attempts taken.
I think one MSC leaves it broken to see if your smart enough to work past the flawed test question and try the ridiculously wrong answer that will allow you to pass the quiz. (Must score 100%)
The MSC will rush creating the test and not verify that they didn't screw up the proper answer choice of the quiz. I don't want to be the one to tell them they screwed up, as some don't take any criticism at all. So depending if I know how the company operates, I may or may not inform them. Just move forward with some companies.

I had the same problem last night with a Maritz test. I've done the shop several times before, but still managed to fail the (poorly designed) test the maximum number of times. When I called the company, the person I talked to said 'oh, is it question 12? A lot of people are getting that one wrong.' Wouldn't you think they'd realize that's a clue that the problem was on their end?

That's a good idea, but what about the companies that change the quizzes every month? Most of the companies that I shop with don't require quizzes, they trust us enough to realize that most can and will follow directions.

Well I like companies that have good work in my area. Thats pretty much my criteria, and GFK does. They also throw good bonuses when a deadline is looming. So if I have to do a test I do it. And every scheduler I've worked with has been super nice and helpful. I love GFK and will continue working for them.

I beg to differ, I have gotten help with tests before. Cori used to be really good about that because their tests were sometimes confusing.

I took a test the other day (can't remember for whom) and there was one question that absolutely had no right answer. I took the 82% and didn't worry about which answer they were counting correct. 80% was passing and that's all I cared about.
