Pieology

I saw these on the boards not too long ago but didn't pay attention as there were none in my area. One just opened up near me and I tried it last night. I LOVED it, mostly because you can have all the toppings you want for the same price. I had almost every veggie they offered including tomatoes, red onions, two kinds of olives, two kinds if peppers, artichokes, garlic, pineapple, corn, cilantro, spinach, and fresh basil. I only skipped banana peppers, jalapenos and mushrooms. It was so good. I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to shop Little Caesar's again as it now sounds disgusting with thick crust and pepperoni.

Now I can't figure out which of my companies shops them. Anyone seeing them on the board right now? Any hint such as Sassie or Prophet?

Pieology is the name of the restaurant. It is set up like Chipotle and Pita Pit . . . you go thru a line and they make the pizza in front of you with super fresh ingredients. They had three crusts, five sauces, five cheeses, a dozen or more veggies, and five meats. The pizzas are $7.95 for 11.5 inch. You can choose all the


toppings you want. It was the thinest crust I've ever had which is why they only need about 5 minutes in a wood-fired oven. The toppings are not cooked to death and it is all so tasty.

I saw the shops on the board a few weeks ago and now can't find them. I'm hoping they weren't competitor shops because I would do these often.

Another company has Blaze Pizza which is the same concept and has been around for a couple of years now. It is one of my favorite shops but they cannot seem to fill them all. Their Pizza is the best! I will have to find the company that does Pieology and comparison shop for myself.

I have not seen the Pieology shops though I have done Blaze Pizza. smiling smiley I did not know they were shopped as well
