HEB shops

Hello, Is this store still being shopped. I had stopped work with the company who did it early last year. When I started back I haven't seen them.

Yea Yea, I know about the ICA so no ugly comments please.

No ugly comments from me, but as you have named the company in your post, no one can provide the name of the MSP without being in violation.

I understand that part, I just was wandering if it is still being done. LOL. It's just I read some of the other post and the MS. police come along and want to tell people things that they should already know.

Oh they know it, hence the title (mystery) They just want to see who will spill the beans. ;D

Unfortunately many who show up on forums post first and read later. That is why it does become important to have a warning about the ICAs from time to time. While most shoppers ARE aware some either didn't read their ICAs, it didn't register what was expected or they have decided they are ONLY going to sign up with the company that shops that store next to work.

I read your question as whether HEB was still being shopped, which is a totally valid question in a time when many clients have stopped shops and some clients have changed companies. There are no HEBs in my area, so it is not something that I run into unless someone mentions it privately or on a forum.

As an aside, I was looking at my own list of who shops whom the other day and was disheartened to see that only about half of the places I shopped in 2007 are still shopped locally. Some have gone out of business through bankruptcy. Some have closed their locations in my area. Some have reduced the number of shops done. Some just stopped shopping.

I have not found HEB's on the website, but I wasn't looking for them for a while, anyway. The last time a mystery shopper mentioned to me that she was shopping them was last spring. I used to shop HEB's about ten years ago with another MSP before this one I'm thinking of, so it's possible that the one I look on regularly now doesn't have the contract but some other MSP I'm not aware of does. The HEB Central Markets, however, are being shopped. The nearest one is a little far, so I rarely go there.

I don't think they are. There are a lot of HEBs here. This time last year both my son who also shops and I were doing a lot of HEB shops @ $5/$6 reimbursement for purchase of 10 items. I have not seen any of those shops since about June.

A few years ago, our local HEB put award notices on the wall showing that they had gotten a good mystery shop report. A company that pays so much attention that it will put up an announcement for customers probably is still being shopped somehow. It may be that they cut back because of the economy, but I think they'll probably get back to it.
