GFK question

I did a shop the end of May with a nice bonus on it. Total payment $60. Turns out the location was closed so I expected the shop fee to be reduced which it was. However, they also reduced the bonus from $46 to $32.50. I have sent two emails to the scheduler with no response. I have never had both the fee and bonus reduced before. I don't find that in the small print. Am I wrong? Who should I take it up with? I contacted for $46. Thanks for your advice.

I bet since that time you have received at least 30 emails asking you to do a home appliance shop though.
Again quiettime, if you do not like receiving emails, feel free to unsubscribe from them, or even deactivate your account. Personally, if something in this industry was causing me enough stress that I needed to complain about it every 5 seconds, I would want no part of it.

I have addressed this issue with the OP via PM. GfK policy on closed shop fees is $3.00 and 70% of the bonus.

April Myers is very helpful as well. Very accommodating too. So is Pamela Sullivan. I do not receive any communication from Dante at all. Chances are he is not in charge of scheduling in my area sad smiley

I unsubscribed from the emails, and I still get emails asking me to do shops directly from schedulers. lol
I also just completed a shop where the location was closed. I drove 48 miles round trip to complete this shop. It had a $20 bonus attached to it. I just received an email showing that I would only be paid $3 for the shop. It does not show the 70% bonus. I have emailed the scheduler and Donna. I was not sure what else to do.
I am happy to inform you that Donna forwarded my email to the appropriate person, and my pay was updated accordingly within 24 hours. Thanks.
