Omnichannel shops

Picked up a leftover OmniChannel shop (scheduler's email says she is out) and have a question -- I am to go to the shop with a pre-paid label and have the staff package the item, but the website requires me to pick a packaging type/size, which means the employee will likely pack it in the package I selected. Is this an issue or am I over-analyzing this?

I think you are over-analyzing it. What are you shipping? Papers or magazine type items? If so just pick the letter pack type package. Otherwise, just look at what you are shipping and take a guess at what size you will need. I just shipped old catalogues and used the letter packs.
You may have to pay for an envelope or other packaging depending on the shipping service/ type: express or ground or some other. Don't sweat it. Just make sure to get a receipt and they will reimburse you if you are charged.
