BurgerFi

I'm out of town and just did a BurgerFi shop for the first time. I found the burgers to be better than Five Guys, and the fries were very similar (my kids liked Five Guys fries better). Reimbursement was $15 plus $8 pay. Prices were similar to that of Five Guys, and they also have hot dogs, ice cream, wine and beer.

The report was way easier than Five Guys, with no narrative, except to explain any "no" answers. I would recommend these shops over Five Guys any day.

Good to know. A BurgerFi just opened in my town. I'm guessing it's a different MSC to the one that shops Five Guys and McDonalds?
Yes, it's a different company than the Arches/Five Guys. It's a smaller msc. I couldn't believe that the report took 5 minutes! Oh, and they have the Coke Freestyle machine, which my kids and I love. I would spend my own money there. I did have to laugh at the organic ketchup that was an upcharge though smiling smiley
Too expensive for me to visit on my own dime. My bill is easily $15 for just my meal. Last time i bought 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 drink, 1 cry and fry (half french frie half onion rings) and the bill was $23.25. I was 25 cents over budget. My three kids and i split the 2 burgers (not terribly large). Tasty but more than i would pay at a sit down place...
I bought 2 cheeseburgers, a small fry (which easily feeds 2 people, similar to Five Guys) and two drinks, and it was $18. I got paid $5 for the report and a $15 reimbursement. I'm not sure I'd pay on my own dime, but then again I like Five Guys but also won't go there unless it's a shop.

I do Five Guys about once a month, mainly because I like the burgers, but also when they have to pay bonuses. I'd love to try BurgerFi, but there are only 2 in my state thus far, and neither of them is close enough to make it worth my while. I will just have to hope that they expand in my direction. Their website photos are yummy.

I don't care much for 5 Guys, but I really like Burger fi. For Burger fi, I get a reimbursement of $15 and $8 payment. I stay away from the sodas. They are $2.50 for a small cup that you refill at the beverage station. I drink water with my meal and spend my $ on the food. I can grab a 25 cent canned soda later if I want it. Given a choice, I will always drink water and save my reimbursement dollars for the food. A Burger fi burger is $5.57, cheeseburger $5.97. Regular single patty build your own burgers are only $3.97, $4.47 with cheese. Unfortunately, my companion likes the most expensive, a Brisket Burger, $9.97. The Brisket Burger IS really good. Regular fries are $2.97 and feed two adults easily. I love the Hot dogs. They have a New York Dog with kraut that's only $3.67. Even with the big Brisket Burger, I get out for less than $18 so I keep $5. Love the food. Easy, easy report.

sorry, edited because I typo'd the cheeseburger price, making it look way expensive. The only really expensive one is the Brisket Burger - but it really is good. They have a Chicago Dog, too, that's about $4.50. Good, good!

I really would like to take up this shop, but they really have to get into Houston proper first. I guess I can reward myself after a standee install, but even then, I am trying to tighten my circle in regards to distance just a bit more now. Sigh.
Forget the soda. They make excellent malts. Try the Red Velvet Cake Malt.
Yeah, I go over about $2, but the report is so easy. They also make the fries crispy like I want them. Five Guys wants the fries to be undercooked.
You can definitely save money by not ordering drinks. I had my two children with me and splurged since we were on vacation and since they have the Coke "Freestyle" machines. I too liked the BurgerFi fries better than Five Guys. Five Guys sometimes aren't crisp enough for my taste. I just wish there were BurgerFis where I live.
