GFK smartphone quiz

Am I the only who has had trouble completing the GFK smartphone quiz ? I read the guidelines and watched the 12 minute video but the questions where tricky. I contacted my scheduler for assistance. It's just frustrating because some of the questions asked were not in the materials given.

I failed the test too and got my email this morning that I cannot do these audits now. Bummer, onto bigger and better shops. 😉
doesn't the quiz give you back the questions you missed on the "pass through" option which then allows you to correct those questions that you missed to make the proper correction(s) and then re-submit?

No. You are not the only one. I had to chuckle when a recent email said the test was not required for those shops.

Thanks for your input. I sent an email to my scheduler for assistance. It's good to know I'm not on an island out here and have I people I can turn turn for assistance and guidance when I need it, because believe me I needed it last night. So once again I would like to thank all those who gave input on this matter.
The email that said that the test is not required was for a mystery shop, not for the audit. I took the test, and got a 95% the first time. You have to follow the instructions very carefully with respect to how to see what you got wrong. DON'T say that you want to retake the test. Doing so eliminates all of your responses. You need to do another pass through the test (NOT retake the test).

You are definitely not the only one. I had an audit scheduled for last week. I was going to do it on my lunch hour at work. I had already done the same audit in April in another city and got a good review on that one. I did not realize that I was going to have to take the test again. I guess they redo it every month or so. So I took the test before I went and I got a 95%. They do not tell you what you got wrong so you basically have to figure it out yourself. After two more tries I still failed. I contacted the scheduler and told her about what was going on. She said she would call me on Monday after the holiday (this was Thursday before the holiday). She said she would contact me on Monday and I could do the shop on Tuesday. Of course, I did not hear from her on Monday so I sent an e-mail to her telling her that I had not heard from her but I still planned to do the shop if she needed. She sent an email back to me that just said "Auditors must pass the quiz to conduct audits." I was like....alright then I wont do it. Like I said, I have done this audit before and got a good rating. They make you feel like an idiot really.
They do show you which questions you got wrong. You need to read and follow the directions. You don't take the text again, you "make" (I think that is the word) a second pass through the test, and it shows the incorrect questions, and you can change your answer and then resubmit it for grading. I got a 95% the first time, saw the question I got wrong, fixed it, passed on the second pass. This procedure is the SOP for all GfK quizzes, not just this one. If you run out of the number of "Passes" you can make, then you can retake the test, but it doesn't show you anything. I don't think it even remembers your previous answers if you retake the test, but it has been quite awhile since I have needed to do that.

What I did was email my scheduler and she told me submit my answers and she told me what answers I got wrong and I was able to correct my mistakes and pass the test
