Best Mark Car Shop

Good evening.

Has any one done the Best Mark Car shop where you make a Car Dealership Sales Visit and an Web / Internet Inquiry?

Before visiting the dealership you will visit the dealership's website and inquire about a new vehicle.

Is there an report to fill out? I need to get a business card and upload it.

Thanks

Yes, there is definitely a report to fill out. You report the web visit, and you extensively report the visit to the dealership. These can seem narrative heavy at first, with pay on the low side, but they provide excellent guidelines and sample reports, and do a good job of helping you improve your work over time.
Thanks..Elcarev68. How many of theses shops have you done or am I allowed to ask that question.

Thanks again
Oh, and I've done about 60 of these. About 35 in my first year with them, 25 in the five years since. Learned a lot, but moved on to better paying gigs.
A bestmark car shop was one of my first five, and it almost convinced me to give up shopping before I really got started. ymmv.

up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B,A, start.
I have done about 60-70 of these. The reports are quite lengthy but as other shoppers have stated they give excellent examples and I have never had a shop invalidated. I have started looking at some of these in more rural areas where they have difficulty getting shoppers and pay a bonus. Otherwise, it is pretty low pay for the work.
Am doing one right now, I'm going to be down there anyway and I get to take my dream truck for a test ride, I like dealership shops for the fun of it.

they are not bad and pay about 30-60 bucks the one to get is the lamborghini/ferrari ones they pay 150.00 and you have the same questions as the 30.00 ones.
Car shops are easy. Make sure you shop the correct model. If you are suppose to test drive make sure you do. Get a card and make sure it is readable. If they don't have a card with their name on it get a card with some name - as long as it is the dealership card.

Wow. In my area the biggest is $17.
Lambo/Ferrari/Rolls Royce are done with a different MSC and, IIRC, one of the requirements is to be a male.

I did several of these when I first started out. After a couple times feeling trapped at a dealership, I decided these weren't the shops for me.
I just did my first EVER shop with bestmark. it was a web inquiry with new car sales visit. only paid $17 but i am considering that as training smiling smiley
I am thinking about signing up for the $14 car shops. Is this a bad idea? How long does it take to complete a report?
Geez. Don't do the $14 or $17 shops. There are plenty of shops from other companies going for more, sometimes much more. The shops/reports are basically the same. Don't sell yourself short.

Thanks! I've signed up with around 50 companies, I can't seem to locate the higher paying car shops. I have done some well paying banking and apartment shops. I've only been MS'ing for 1 month. This particular Company pays super fast, so I'm trying to get in good with them.
IMHO, the real issue is that someone who does a $14 car shop is committing to spending at least an hour on site, and sometimes longer. So (but I don't think BestMark) require that you go back a second time to negotiate. And you have to of course spend time preparing for the shop, getting there and back, and reporting the shop. And - the salesperson is going to be calling you. Even 6 months later when business is slow, calling you seems like a good idea. Your contact information will live in their database forever.

Check jobslinger for listings, I see them in my area from $17, to $34 often. Not sure if I've seen any in the job section here.

Also, by being registered on jobslinger, for free, I opted to be emailed so Sassie MSCs that do not list certain clients can email me. I've received car shop offers for $50 and up this way.
