Hi AustinMom,
I have no intention to compromise the OP or any of our shoppers' anonymity on this forum. The reason why I had asked for a shopper code in the first place is so that I can pass on the case to the relevant market's manager/shoppers team for further investigation.
We often come across situations where shoppers' payment were not processed successfully and/or delayed due to incomplete banking details or the banking details were inputted past cut off time. Thus, we always ask for a shopper code when dealing with any complaints related to payment. With that, we would be able to look into the shopper's profile and identify if there were any missing details that will affect the shopper being paid successfully.
I hang around this forum to pick out any shopper's issue/query that were not resolved through our standard channels, however the relevant shoppers team will need to be make aware and address the shoppers issues in their market accordingly.
Hope I clarify.
Regards,
Dannie

Now I'm really confused. Dannie has given a great answer to the OP's question, a very generic answer which applies to all shoppers.
Why would the OP have been required to PM a company rep, giving his shopper number, compromising his anonymity on this forum, when the above public answer has the information that the OP and others can use to see if shops are accepted or not?
