Having problem with Sassie

I'm receiving emails about available jobs...but not the acceptance email after I apply for jobs. This just started happening a couple of days ago. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks!

Your email provider may be blocking them because of the volume of emails you get from the same source. Also, if this happens enough, your Sassie MSCs will stop sending those messages.

If you log in to your Jobslinger account, you should be able to "protect" your email address there, as well as turn your email settings back on for all of your Sassie MSCs at the same time.

Of course, if the problem exists outside of Sassie, you may have to check with each company individually.

I did sign up to protect my email. I receive emails about new assignments and reminder emails. ..just not when they are assigned to me.

Presumably, you've made sure the assignments have not landed in your Spam folder? Or even Trash? If so, settings with your email provider may need tweaked.
Same here. Started today. I have the senders on my safe sender lost and I got a reminder email when I didn't even know my application was accepted. 6 times across 3 different Sassie companies. I receive general emails, but no shop assignments at all! Nothing in spam or trash as I always check and empty them constantly.
Well...good to hear its not just happening to me lol. No emails in spam folder too. I started writing down what I applied and checking individual sites to see if any was accepted.
I signed up for Goodwin's Sassie account, I am not receiving any emails. I requested 2 resends of the confirmation so they can send me offers. Having no trouble with their main site, but they are apparently using Sassie now for select clients.
