Hardee's / Carl's Junior- Boy the shop has changed: More stuff to do- But (SUPRISE!) no more pay for doing more stuff. Only thier slimey TV commercials are worse.

Ahhhh well - this previously simple shop now has a lot more to observe. My old print out report of 1 page is now a full 2 pages. You DO get a $1 more for food allowance (but no fee increase.) For example, the "Drive Thru Dinner" shop- you also need to make sure you get the name/description of the window server AND the new add on of rating the INSIDE (bathroom, dining area, beverage area, windows, lobby, politeness, service accuracy, etc). Unlike McDonald's you do NOT get to buy two meals. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooo you get the "FUN" of completing TWO shops and the PAY of only doing ONE shop! HOORAY for Hardees!!! Makes me hate them even more for their slimy sexist TV commercials. The company's response to their slimy commercials? "Hardees is for for hungry, active guys." I guess that is why they have ladies in camel-toe bikinis crawling on all fours in their ads? winking smiley

I have never done one, because I don't like FF and especially if it involves reveals. But yeah, the commercials are slimy and sexist. I couldn't have said it better.
Interestingly, the couple of times I've actually been to a Hardees, the staff were normal looking women. Not super models and not in bikinis. I'd go so far as to say that those uniforms are downright fugly.
I haven't had ANYTHING to do with Carl's Jr since they started the 'in your face messy smacking' commercials. Seriously? This is the way we want people to eat their food! GROSS!!
I did my first one tonight. I did not see that it took any longer. I happen to like Hardees so do not mind doing them. I do not think I have ever seen their commercials but if I had that would not stop me from going.

Being offended by a commercial is so very...............Utah. I surmise that those that are offended by a little skin, etc. are neighbors of mine?

I can't speak for others, but I'm not offended by a little skin. I'm not even offended by those commercials, as slimy and sexist as they undoubtedly are. I just agreed that they were slimy and sexist.

Agree. FF shops are the worst.

1.Slimy companies
2, Pay is practically zilch
3. Too much to do/remember
4. Unhealthy food, to boot
I stopped taking fast food jobs, especially Carl's Jr. My health was suffering, for free (bad) food and $6.00 pay. Plus those commercials are disgusting. I'm a man and even I hate them.
The Carl's Jr ads took a turn several years back. They often have ones that I think cross a line. I do think sometimes you have to take a stand, and one person or not, if other one persons did it, it would make a difference. I take great pride that many years ago, Safeway tore down a beloved theater to build a new store and the people of my town had had enough. People were livid. A lot of one persons stopped shopping at any Safeway. The company was down to just a couple of stores when decades passed and newcomers didn't know better or didn't care. It's built back up now, but they suffered here and lost money for decades. Many people still remember it.
