Stuck again!

I have filled my survey out (using Sassie), it has a follow up portion that you are supposed to submit 48 hours later. But, you have to submit the first part of the survey within 12 hours. When I select Finish and Submit I get the OOPS! error message and it takes me to the follow up part and won't let me submit. When I fill in the multiple choice answer it says it's a Follow Up and can't be answered now. How do I submit the the first part?

Just occurred to me, the survey is not due until 9/19. Do you have to wait until the due date to submit a survey?

The MSC is aware of the follow-up portion, since it is in the guidelines and on the evaluation form. It sounds like you are good on this part if you do not have any additional oops messages. You would submit the entire form after your follow-up is complete.

This is pretty common when a followup is required. The MSC wants you to have all of shop entered (except the followup). Just hit save for later. They can see that is done and can do whatever they need to before the followup. When the followup time has past, just input that bit of information and hit submit. It's always important to have all your shop information entered the day of the shop (or whatever the guidelines require) and then just complete the followup in the required timeframe.
There's also an MSC that wants you to put "N/A" in those fields so that the computer won't reject it, submit the report, and then email a few paragraphs about the follow-up to their support desk when/if it happens a few days later. That company uses Prophet, though, so probably not the same one we're talking about here.

Oh good, I feel better after after reading this. I did not realize the MSC could see it before it is officially submitted and accepted. I have done the "N/A" thing with the company that uses Prophet and tried that here but no luck.

All these little things you learn as you go.

Thank you
THAT HAPPENED TO ME on a job yesterday... i emailed my scheduler and had to submit it via her.
