I noticed that some MSCs use two different job boards housed on two different scheduling platforms with two different sets of login credentials?! What is the logic behind this?
I would think it would benefit both the mystery shoppers and the MSC to have their shops accessed in the easiest, most streamlined method possible.
I have heard lots of great things about one particular MSC so I finally signed up with them. I checked out their job board for several months now and am not that impressed. Come to find out that many of their shops are listed on 'the other' job board.....
Now I have to seek out a second website, manage a second set of logins, and check two separate job boards. What am I missing here?
