The new $25 cell phone shop....

They are up too $100 today in my area. That must have been the tipping point, because there are not many left near me.

It moved only one off the board, 4 shops still remain at $100.00 smiling smiley
$100 here also.

Perhaps if they talked with the client about loosening up the requirements a little bit more, they might find more shoppers willing to do them. smiling smiley
If we are on the same page, this national phone carrier with a well-known MSC has raised the fee to $100 in Indianapolis. Pays to wait.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Whosear, I saw that for $100 too. BTW, I had to reply to this one as I am in Indianapolis too (so you are my competition for those bonused jobs LOL!). I shop Indianapolis (and the surrounding suburbs) and Kokomo.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
They are all gone now. I think the MSC cancelled them.

There are still 3 in my area of SoCal at $100. I wish there was a way to read all of the instructions before requesting one of these. My wife wants a new dumb phone and all I can see is that a flip phone is not allowed.
3 of 4 disappeared off my board at $90 and now they are back at $100. They seem to be having a hard time getting rid of these.

I don't think so in my area. There are 2 left still at $100. smiling smiley
I just checked, and in my area they are going for $100.00 (still with $50.00 reimbursement) and there are 8 still on the board. I am ready for a new phone, but not ready to switch carriers. I like my current carrier.

I love my carrier and my phone bills drops every six months (or used to) by $5, so it's twice as low as the cell phone company's price per month. smiling smiley
They are up to $125.00 now and instead of 2 there are 6 of them..... I wonder if they got thrown back?
I think that they are. They keep disappearing and then reappearing from my list as well. It could be that once the shopper gets a look at the guidelines they decide they can't do it. I wonder how high they will go? These are definitely not easy to get rid of.
7 on the board in my area....all at $125.00. I'm not a candidate for this job, but there must be some parts of it that makes shoppers leery, because they're just laying there!!

I wonder if they can get the client to drop the restriction of cancelling? I think this is the biggest factor (assuming you can't cancel) and then the assignment fee would drop dramatically too...as some shoppers would not mind signing up and then canceling...the fact that you can't ....really makes these undesirable...
I do not know the MSC that is doing these shops but about 4 years ago I did 2 shops in 2 different major carriers for Marketforce and they paid me $140 each, as well as any charges. I had to cancel after 1 day.

In this assignment, you were allowed to cancel? I have not done the $125 shop but understand you can't cancel. I pay such a low monthly price where I am now, that I won't change to this particular cell phone provider. If they allowed me to with no penalty, I might take one of these. Otherwise, no way. winking smiley
