It moved only one off the board, 4 shops still remain at $100.00@5ineveryroom wrote:
They are up too $100 today in my area. That must have been the tipping point, because there are not many left near me.
Perhaps if they talked with the client about loosening up the requirements a little bit more, they might find more shoppers willing to do them.@HonnyBrown wrote:
$100 here also.

They are all gone now. I think the MSC cancelled them.
I love my carrier and my phone bills drops every six months (or used to) by $5, so it's twice as low as the cell phone company's price per month.@BelindaC wrote:
I just checked, and in my area they are going for $100.00 (still with $50.00 reimbursement) and there are 8 still on the board. I am ready for a new phone, but not ready to switch carriers. I like my current carrier.
I wonder if they can get the client to drop the restriction of cancelling? I think this is the biggest factor (assuming you can't cancel) and then the assignment fee would drop dramatically too...as some shoppers would not mind signing up and then canceling...the fact that you can't ....really makes these undesirable...@guysmom wrote:
7 on the board in my area....all at $125.00. I'm not a candidate for this job, but there must be some parts of it that makes shoppers leery, because they're just laying there!!
In this assignment, you were allowed to cancel? I have not done the $125 shop but understand you can't cancel. I pay such a low monthly price where I am now, that I won't change to this particular cell phone provider. If they allowed me to with no penalty, I might take one of these. Otherwise, no way.@KateH wrote:
I do not know the MSC that is doing these shops but about 4 years ago I did 2 shops in 2 different major carriers for Marketforce and they paid me $140 each, as well as any charges. I had to cancel after 1 day.
