most absurd job specs

I received a job offer for an Unrevealed audit of a store. There were the usual requirements of checking depts. and a few associates. The last requirement: take 60!!! pictures. I just started to laugh. I could never hide all that action, nor take less that 30 minutes to do just the pics. And how absurd has it been for you?

To do # 300 pics.... I would need at least $75-80 to do that assignment. smiling smiley
There is some price audits that I do regularly that are on Easy Shift. I just did one on Friday and I had 97 pictures. That sounds hard but was actually about 30 minutes of work at the grocery while I was on my lunch hour grocery shopping for myself. I just have done it so many times that I know where the products are (they are always the same) and there are no employee interactions at all. I do them as they are easy for me and pay quickly (usually have the money in about 3 days).

I just found this week a great new Android phone app called "List Master Pro". It basically is a list making app that lets you customize the list to have what you want. There are shopping lists, to do lists, etc. The one called inventory list is the one I used for a price audit. What is nice about it is that it looks like a grocery list app while you are using it. When you are done, you can export the list to a .csv file to use for a price audit report.
