While this may be good for making audio and video for your own supplemental notetaking for reports, I would be very surprised if the quality was good enough to be used for actual video shopping. Since I don't have the equipment for video shopping myself, I will let the other forum members speak for this part.

When using it for your own notetaking, be sure to check if you are in a one or two party consent state. If you are in a two party consent state, I would not be using it for fear of getting caught breaking the law. There are numerous threads on this forum on the one vs. two party states issue. You might want to do a search and check first.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
I wonder how you would explain pointing your watch at the target to get her/him well framed from top of the head to mid torso for 80 % of the time during a 45-90 minute shop. Other than that, you might want to check the minimum video MS standards for video and audio posted over at the VSN site at
[www.videoshoppingnetwork.org]
and compare those with the specs for camera rig that you have ordered before signing up to use it for video shops.

I have a better version of the watch for about the same price. No one pays $149.99 for these.
The quality is completely inadequate for video shopping, I would not even think about it, but can be useful for audio backup if you think you might miss something. As I've become more experienced I don't really need this backup anymore. Like was said by another, make sure you live in a one-party state to use it though. I do live in one.
