First, I love this company. .... honest, pay on time and lots of communication. But. ....... I did a lot of work and 47 shops were completed by the 28th but were not edited by the 31st so they didn't make it on the October pay statement which means I wait an extra 30 days (and past Christmas ) to be paid for these. They total $450ish and then an editor for the same project emails that a few receipts were not attached. Ok, no problem. I snap the pics and send them via email as she asked. I get an email back saying the pictures were too large to open and to make them smaller and send again. Just frustrated because I have submitted THOUSANDS of pictures to this company both via report and email all using the exact same settings on my phone and have never had a problem.
Just kinda bummed this morning about the $$$ and the extra emails made me not enjoy Monday morning even more. Thanks for reading my vent.
Btw, still love the company and will continue to work for them as much as possible. I don't want to deter anyone from taking work with this company so that's why I didn't name them.
