They do not have an external corporate shopping program but do have an internal audit program. You might sometimes find menu photo shops for them but they do not reimburse more than like a drink I think? Also you might sometimes find one off locations that are shopped but those are few and far between, mostly because it is very rare that someone owns more than 1 location. Chick-Fil-A prefers that their franchise owners be hands on managers as opposed to people purchasing multiples and hiring managers to run them.

Chick-Fil-A always seems to have the owner on site when I go there. When I do have a rare issue, every employee is allowed to not only replace a bad product, but to upgrade or toss in an extra cookie or whatever to make the customer happy.

There is a franchise owner that goes to a family members church and when he needed to add on more part time help for the holiday rush, he put up a sign on the church bulletin board and it was taken down after only one Sunday. The always closed on Sundays means that they will be staffed by Christians and I doubt that many job postings if not done by word of mouth are only posted like that.

I have never seen a dirty dining room, and the staff turn over is practically zero. For fast food that is not normal. Neither is the pro right boycott and the pro life response that literally ran them out of food.
Love the chicken sandwich and the staff - it is always a "pleasure". Wish they were mystery shopped.
