Has anyone done an Acura sales shop?

Does the shop include have a trade in evaluation or negotiating?

Completed mine about 45 minutes at dealership and 30 entering report. Straightforward report. Much easier than the intellishop ones and about the same as monterey. I made a $10 bonus so $60 for me as I applied before the end of the year. No negotiating necessary and no trade in.
Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

I have one more question before I do mine. I finished the training yesterday, and there were several mentions of having to click a link in the assignment e-mail to confirm you'd done the training. But neither of my e-mails had that. Did yours?

I'm planning a trip to Florida next month. Assuming this shop is accepted ok, I'm going to see about adding four or five to my route down there.

I work a later schedule and don't get off until around 6, and the Acura ones are nowhere near my work. I really don't like to do shops on work days unless they are simple and/or involve food haha. My day job can be somewhat intellectually draining so there are days I'm fried by the end of the day.

I'm assuming that for the ISS form, the start time is the time you enter the dealership and the end time is the time you finish the last part of the shop (the follow-up survey). Is that correct?
I really enjoyed this shop, although the salesperson didn't do everything he was supposed to. It was a very low-pressure situation. The report is straightforward; the report and training materials give you specific guidelines on what to look for and examples of "yes, no, somewhat" situations. They tell you when to answer "not applicable" and give you an "unable to observe" option for several questions.
I'd definitely do this shop again, FWIW.

I completed one of these in my area on the 5th. You don't have to run your credit and to me the shop was very easy. If you do follow through make sure you keep the emails that begins with, "shops" as they have all the links you will need to complete the report, including the videos you have to watch. The report itself was very easy as well and does not require lengthy commentary like, "Ath" requires in my area on similar shops.

Thank you very much! When they say "shop," I wasn't sure if they meant the entire shop including report, or just the on-site portion.

Yes there are 3 reports, a 3 question report on iSecretShop.com and 2 reports (one for the visit and one for any follow-up received) on the Acura hub site. You should receive an email with links at the bottom for those 2 reports on the Acura hub. If you do not have them, please email shops@ischedulingservice.com and we can send you a new one.
Because you have to wait 3 days for the follow-up, you may get some overdue notices for the report on iSecretShop.com. Please ignore as the shop will NOT unassign from you during this period.
If you are doing a service shop, you can do more than one, you can do all 4 if you like.
