Anyone heard of a mystery shop for American Girl? Any other child specific shops?

I was wondering if anyone had every heard of a mystery shop for American Girl. I know it's a shot in the dark, but thought I'd ask. Also interested in other child related shops. I've done the Disney Store and the Lego Store, but wondering if there are more out there. I have seen tickets to shows too occasionally, but have not done one yet.

anne michaels has a decent german kid's clothing at the mall job. About the same value and effort as the lego store.

I do Build a Bear regularly -- the kids in my life love it.
There is also an inflatable playground in my area that is shopped.

There's a children's store in South Bay Los Angeles I see often. I have never looked at details since my children are not children anymore (except to me the mom).
Chuck E Cheese is shopped. And Amusement Advantage has amusement park-type stuff that kids would enjoy.

Shopper in California's Bay Area
I know of one company around here that does Chuck E. Cheese, but never get to the job in time. Always goes pretty fast. I'd to do a playground and Build A Bear, but not sure how to go about finding those. I'm signed up with a bunch of MSC and look on jobslinger, but that's all I know how to do. There is a trampoline place by me that is shopped, but get this, no kids allowed. Odd.
Hi new member here, and I don't want to derail the thread but I was wondering if OP or anyone else can tell me what company offers Lego mystery shops? Thanks in advance!

Hi, monstblitz, welcome to the forum. I can tell you definitely that The LEGO Store IS mystery-shopped. I have one of their assignments this weekend. LOVE those shops! And I can tell you that the mystery shopping company is one of the companies in our forum's list of companies although I can't disclose which one it is.

When we register with companies, we sign indenpendent contractor agreements (ICA). Most ICAs, including the one of the company which has LEGO as a client, contain a confidentiality agreement in which the independent contractor agrees not to reveal the company's clients or any other proprietary information gained while working with them. This means we cannot reveal the names of their clients on an internet forum, in a PM, an e-mail, or any other forum of communication. It also violates our forum's guidelines.
I've done Ridemakerz shops before. My sons love making their own remote-controlled cars. Report is really easy. Chuck E. Cheese is easy too, but I don't care much for their food.
In my area Disney Store is shopped and requires that you bring a child. They pay low; the jobs tend to sit unclaimed.
Just did some Peter Piper's this month. The Build-a-Bear gets snatched up way too quickly near me, so I've never done it. I haven't seen the German clothing line or the Gymboree shops in a really long time. I have done Babies R Us but never Toys R Us. I've shopped Lego store and Legoland but never American Girl. I applied for Ridemakerz but got passed up the one time I was in town. I've done many Disney Store shops but the new MSC requires 6 months I believe between shops and we have one in my city. I've done Chuck E Cheese for two different MSCs... I think that's all of the kid-oriented shops I've done, not to include Rainforest Cafe, candy stores, frozen yogurt, Spencer's, and comic book stores. These are off the top of my head.

Doing what I can to enhance the life of my family! I LOVE what I do smiling smiley
