Haircut Chain Mystery Shop

Do any of the haircut chain store have mystery shopping? If so, anyone have any experience with any of them?

Yes, there are a bunch of them with different companies. Some are better than others.
I went for years without having to pay for a haircut. But the MSCs that I shopped for changed the frequency and locations in such a way that I rarely get a free haircut anymore. BTW, I still see shops for mid-level women's haircuts.

Shoppers Critique used to have one chain here in the Chicago area but they haven't had many in a couple of years...last I heard they were only doing shops on those that just opened recently. They now have haircut shops that are a bit more upscale (and there are only two of these salons in the Chicago area).

Secret Shopper does another chain of hair salons in the area but I only see those once every few months.

I, too, am curious to see if any other MSCs have haircut shops....

Until someone posts the name of a hair cut chain, it is permitted to post names of MSCs who shop hair cut chains. I also used to do shops for Shoppers Critique (two different chains). I also did some for RBG. There might have been others. My last free haircut was almost a year ago.

My last reimbursed haircut was within the past two months. It was for Intouchinsite for a chain.
In the past I did some with spotcheckservices but I don't know about them any more.
My last haircut shop was about the time of my last vet shop, several years ago... I miss them both as they were pretty regular for me. Now I see one for an upscale place but have not yet tried it. Only one location in Beverly Hills. I am pretty sure it is Secret Shopper and most likely the same one mentioned above.
There's also a chain that's been scheduled through I Secret Shop. Since several MSCs have been mentioned, we can't name any of the clients.

Must be regional for the I-Secret shop as I've never seen any there....

I see the one on isecretshop in my area. Only thing is that here, it is for men only. There is also one that shows on QAMS but is men only as well. I wish some chains that I can use would start shopping!

I did get one a couple of years ago for Secret Shopper at a local chain. It was for their highlights special instead of a haircut though (even though you were allowed to add a haircut at your own cost.)

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
And the only ones I can find from any MSCs in my area are for women only! Grrrrr.....

A lot of these are very region-specific. For example, the one QAMS has in my area is for cuts for male, female, and for children. The RBG one in my area is men only. There are a couple others in my area but the names don't come immediately to mind - not chains I want to shop so I have by-passed and forgotten. These same chains seem to be shopped in other areas by different MSCs. When visiting recently in New Mexico, Arizona, and California, I noticed the chains shopped and the MSCs that shop them were totally different.
There's a men-only chain in my area that (judging from the amount of emails I get looking for shoppers) must be very hard to fill. I'd send Hubby that way, but he doesn't have enough hair left to justify a haircut.

Haven't paid for a haircut in 15 years at least.

OMG. Thank you so much to all of you shoppers for your recommendations. You guys are awesome.
I did one right before New Years Eve for I-Secret Shop on behalf of Customer Prophet. It was for a shave. It was for flat fee only. No reimbursement. The report was easy and I liked the whole vibe of a real barber shop vs. the salon experience. The haircut shop for the same location is coming up in February. I hope I don't get too shaggy before then!
