17 y/o interested in MS

So my son is now 17 and has been mystery shopping w/me for about ten years. He is very mature, takes AP/CP courses since his Freshman year. Anyone know in particular, a MSC that is good for teens? TIA

Is a minor allowed to enter into a IC contract? I thought they wouldn't be able to sign contracts yet. I guess you could try to find one that would allow a parent to sign for him. I'll be interested to see what the other forum members know about this.

AFAIK, MSCs require a shopper be at least 18 because a minor cannot enter into a contract.

Edited because I don't proofread very well.

There are some age compliance shops he can do with you. The ones where he has to try buying a video game with an adult rating....the age cut off may be 16 though-I never paid much attention.
There may be some movies he could do with you. I think Confero has the movies.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
As far as I know, he has to be 18 before he can sign a binding contract. That is why it is the cut-off for most, if not all, MSCs.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I've seen some where you can be 17 and shop with an adult. I don't have a teenager so I always delete them without reading them but I assumed they were some kind of compliance shop.
I see video game age compliance shops all the time, and they ask for someone 17. Not sure what the minimum age is for tobacco compliance shops, but it looks like there's nice money to be had there in my area.

Video games are under 17, not 17.
If you're 17, you can buy a game or an R rated movie ticket.
I've seen tobacco for 17 and 18-24 though

One of the MSCs I'm registered does have video compliance shop for 17 year olds (I just got an email for it today. Wish I had someone the right age to take with me). I'm sure they just want to make sure the shop is checking IDs

OK if somebody would like to refer me to a company that needs 17 year old shoppers, please do. I am not asking for a specific client, just a general category of shops. Thanks.

Who shops Marriott? Not OK
Who shops hotels? OK
I see the 17 year old shops on the Presto Mobile site almost daily. They are marked simply as "retail" and will show the age requirement when you click on it.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
I've seen shops looking for shoppers age 15-17 for video game purchases. I think I've also seen ones for movie tickets but those are more rare.

The MSC is included in the list of companies at the bottom of the page.

I've seen shops where someone of that age can assist you, and actually requires the helper to be of his age. North Fork and Best Mark have such shops. I think Second to None too. But you are still the primary shopper, as he cannot sign a contract yet.
